    Ring out 2007 on New Year’s Eve, and enjoy “Game Day” at NPL! Preschoolers (age 3-5) through adults are invited to play a variety of games for all ages. We will provide games, or you can bring your own games to share! Bring the whole family, or just yourself (children must be accompanied by an adult). This FREE program is sponsored by the Children’s and Adult Departments – come and join the fun! 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.in the Community Room.

All children must meet the age requirement in order to be eligible.

Registration is required by each individual parent. Phone registrations are accepted.

The schedule is as follows:
Monday evenings from 5:30 - 6:00

  • Registration Begins for Partners in Reading

College and elementary school students or parents can come in to register in person for the Fall semester of Partners in Reading. Registration for grade school children runs through September 17. ISU Students can continue to register until all children are matched. The first day of Partners will be Monday, September 24.

Wednesday, August 29:

  • Partners in Reading Orientation for College Students **

Those registered for this orientation can come to pair up with a child for the semester and to learn more about the program.

4:00 pm - 4:45 pm in the Community Room in the basement of the library.
